Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. If changes are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. For missed appointments or no-shows, 50% of the service fee will apply.
Skincare Products Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any unused, unopened, and resealable items within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. A full refund will be provided to the original payment method for eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Cards Returns or Exchanges
Stendo Clinic gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be reissued, exchanged, or refunded for cash, credit, or any other form of payment once purchased. However, we’re happy to offer a substitution for any skincare products of your choice. If the Stendo Clinic gift card wasn’t exactly what you had in mind for your special occasion, don’t worry—we won’t tell if you decide to re-gift it to a friend!
